He heads the legal division of the firm and handles Corporate law advisory & Compliances based upon client’s business requirements. He specializes in drafting & vetting of legal documents; SSA & SHA; Capital Structuring; legal due diligence for investments; mergers & acquisitions; Transfer Pricing Study, drafting of appeal petitions among others.
